Probe launched after 2 brothers found dead in Hong Kong public flat

Hong Kong police have launched an investigation after two brothers were found dead in a public housing flat in Ap Lei Chau. The police force said a security guard alerted authorities after detecting a foul smell coming from the flat at Lei Tung Estate’s Tung Yip House at around 2pm on Monday.
